Kenneth W. Terrill is the President of the company. Mr. Terrill has been in the lending business since 1963. Ken's wife, Peggy is the Secretary -Treasurer of the company. She has worked in the lending industry since 1975.  The Terrill's have 3 daughters and 6 grandchildren. They currently reside on Harbor Island Dr. in San Diego.  American Mortgage Professionals, Inc. was started in 1992 as a successor to Terrill Financial, Inc.

which was formed in the early 80's. The name change facilitated better placement in the Yellow Pages.

The company prides itself on personal service. We have the latest in automated lending technology but have not lost sight of the need for the personal touch. During regular hours a real person answers our telephones. No automated operators here.  If you call after hours someone will probably answer until 7:00 P.M. or you can leave a Voice Mail Message. You are equally likely to find someone in the office weekends.
